Description

Project is urgent and is somewhat completed - I need someone to complete the site coding already in place from a photoshop file - most of the coding is done for the basic site, just need to implement the same coding on new pages/sections of the site. Also need to be able to continue work on several dyanamic pages that query a MySQL database using PHP and return the results into the site - the basic functionality is complete but similar pages need to be built and made functional.
Another section that also utilizes PHP/MySQL is also needed where a site visitor is to select options from several categories to build an item online - those results should be posted to a page that can be printed by the visitor AND e-mailed to the site owner (no need to save to the database - just print/email)
Last bit of coding will be for a simple contact form where a visitor would enter their name, email, subject and body that will be emailed to the owner with a confirmation email going to the site visitor and a confirmation page on the website stating the email has been sent.
please post questions to PMB - due to another developer disappearing this project completion is URGENT!!! So if you can not start work immediately and complete the coding of the photoshop file (the online design has a few days until deadline) PLEASE do not bid.
