Description: Software Development Project Specification Description Creation

I need someone to draft a project description for me. To do this you will have to thoroughly review all aspects of two websites and use that analysis to draft the project description.

The websites are Lead Management websites whereby vendors sign-up to purchase leads from various categories. I need full details of the websites to use in posting a project to either clone the websites or create a hybrid of the two websites.

I will provide the URLs for the two websites to use for creating the project description via PMB.

The deliverable must be a Comprehensive Project Description!

Considerations:
* Bad feedback = Don't bid
* No prepayment...ever...so don't ask
* GAF escrow with release upon successfully completing the project to my satisfaction.
* Let me know you've read and understand this by including "Hello JB" in your bid.

Note that I am open to hiring the person that creates this description to create the software / website clone. So, I hope that some developers will consider undertaking this task.

Clarification:
I do not need a massively technical project description. Essentially you'll be going through the two sites making note of the features and developing a project description for posting on GAF. I simply do not have time to go through the sites and develop the listing on my own.

Hello JB, My bid is for writing a specification document, which will cover a feature by feature description and functional aspects only. However, this documentation will not cover design suggestions, possible solutions to technology or architecture, solutions to business issues, or any other information other than present on the websites to be analyzed.

Hello JB. Depending of the level of detail you require I can complete the deliverable within 10 days. This placeholder bid subject to actual scope of the project. A detailed Statement of Work similar to those found in government Requests for Proposals will take a longer time to complete and will require a higher cost. However, with the level of detail involved with a statement of work, it is highly likely that you will get a finished product that is what your asking for.
