Description: I need to install a small coupon manager for a laundry website.

The coupon will need to have the ability:

- To start and stop coupon from showing on website.

- Change the HEADLINE of the coupon, as well as: the fields of: body, price, conditions, Expiration date, etc.

- Must be easy to manage and edit coupons in admin, no html knowledge, either has built in editor or you must install a simple one.

- Admin cannot code, will need to be simple interface.

No existing database is set up, we will provide site details upon PM. The website is currently a static website. We envision the coupon code to be inserted on the homepage, as well as a page of ALL available coupons for viewing.

BONUS: if the coupon could have a "rolling" number to make each coupon unique, that would be great, but it is not a necessary option.
