Description

The script is well-known.

The code is PHP/MySQL.

The script is templated in silly HTML. This will need to be converted to tableless XHTML/CSS with W3C validation.

Details provided to qualified individuals.

No companies. No teams. No reps.

If you want to work hourly that is fine. If you want to deliver this for a fixed-price that is fine too - you can adjust your bid later.

But, only place your bid as your hourly rate. Why? Because I will only award this project to someone that is interested in working with us after this is delivered in a fulltime capacity and to help me sort the candidates I will be looking at hourly rates.

Preference given to English speaking vendors located in Central/South America.
