THIS IS PREVIEW OF PROJECT TO BE DONE PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR FULL DETAILS AND SCOPE OF WORK.

Redesign website portal with pages enhancement and admin enhancement and additional features. Most of the Component we will be using are third party software/script (Provided) for (1) News Posting (News Content Management), (2) Image Gallery, (3) Guest Book, (4) Game Arcade, (5) Greeting Card (6) Links Directory (All using Third Party Scripts and need the look modified to suit the website design) See attachment for rest of stuff and details. The Pages has to be W3C compatible and search engine friendly. This will include the populating of some data to the Site from the old website for sampling. All Static Pages and Sub Categories will have to have a WYSIWYG editor to modify its content when needed. View the Attachment for detailed information. This will require someone with PHP, HTML, MYSQL, and Graphic Design Skills. Please serious bidders and technically capabable to do the project. I will expect 2 months support after project completion, on minor modification if needed.

Payment terms will be escrow only in 4 payment phase. First payment will be released after serious work is started and some progress is seen. If you don't accept escrow payments, then don't bid. Budget is in the range of $1200.00 or less.
