Description:	Hello, im looking for a quality webprogrammer to fix my existing website. All you need to do is fix a sign-up form on my site where people can ask for further information. in addition to that simple form i want you to implement a second sign-up form a littler lower down the website. after a person has filled out the sign up form i want him to end up at a thank you page! All emailleads have to come from my server! this is a simple project and i want it to be finished in approx. 3-4 hours after i put the money in escrow! Price will be below 30$!
