You will install subversion on a sub-domain (svn.ourdomain.com) and also set up WebSVN.

The server is Fedora.

Must be able to configure permissions to different projects for different developers.

Must be working well with Plesk - no hacks.

Hi, I`m a systems admin at my current employer, one of the servers I manage is a dedicated SVN server and has WebDAV (or websvn) as you call it. will be able do all of the configurations you require with in a few hours, and maybe create an automated way for you to create new SVN repositories.
