Description: I require someone skilled in systems administration to set up a web server. I have a VPS with SliceHost, and are looking to have it set up to run as a web server. This includes installing and configuring Apache, PHP, mySQL etc.

I understand that this is not too difficult (I could install all these myself), however we are looking for someone who is able to create a rock-solid solution in terms of both security, and the ability to handle traffic.

If you want, you can detail what you will install, and any experience you've had with systems administration in your bid.
