I would like to install on an osCMax website the possibility for my customers to order without registration.
Steps for this ordering process:

1- A new infobox has to be created with the title "Ordering by phone without registration"

2- When the customer click on "Ordering by phone without registration", a new page has to be created using a secured connection (SSL certificate already set up on the server). The customer has to enter in a form his first name, last name, full address, email, Tel, and 2 options:
- CC payment by phone: time to be called "Now" or/and "from ... to ...",
- CC payment sent by SMS to the shop owner: name on CC, CC number, CC exp., CC 3 digit verif.
A note has to appear that all information provided won't be stored in any database or kept in any archive.

3- The information full name, full address, email, tel will be sent by email to the shop owner but the customer's name and the option (time to be called or CC information) will be sent by SMS to my Hungarian mobile phone number. The SMS script gateway has to be created with any company but I have to accept it before.
The best solution may be a SMS sender script compatible with any SIP operator but Skype is OK. I don't know if this kind of script already exists.

Please check the conditions before bidding:
- The modifications in the website script have to be compatible with the multilingual option in my website.
- I don't ask you to translate the texts, just use the languages files.
- I will prefer developer located in a CET +/-2hours time zone.
