Description

I need someone to install the below listed Mods on my site tmgexclusive.com.

Basically I am using many styles but recently I've installed the RoyalBlue style which is available at http://www.aeonkings.com/phpbb3/ and will use that as default.

The thing is that I would verry much like to have the chat function that can be seen on that site installed on my site and along with that I would like to have the following Mods installed as well:

Some Quick Reply option (as long as it suits the site I don't really care which quick reply Mod is installed )

Advanced BB Codes (http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=70&t=687885&st=0&sk=t&sd=a)

Image Resizer (something like for example the Lightbox JS)

Some Mod or whatever that makes it possible to open links in a new pop-up page instead of redirecting the page to the referred link.
