Hello

I'm looking for a ready Real Estate portal. It should be based on a CMS and very simple to handle and modify.

There are the functions that I need exactly:
- Possibility to create agents and give them rights to post and modify listings
- Moderate all listings
- Free and paid listings
- Possibility to add custom HTML pages
- Flash header
- Newsletter system
- A nice system to display pictures with a lightbox effect

You should also do the search engine optimization for the website.

Concerning colors, I want it to be clear and clean with some areas reserved for advertising.
