I am looking for someone to build me two very professional looking sites. These sites will be for a financial services company. The first site will be a site for users with preferred access. I will need to have a password system where i can create a password for a user, and they can change it if they want to. I would also like when the user signs on it says "Welcome, John Doe" (the users name). i would also like it to say the users address/contact info on another page, and allow them to change it.

i also need to be able to create groups of users where some users can view parts of the site, and others cant.

it has to be easy for me to update, and or change this information, or other information on the site.

The second site will be very simple. I just need it to be professional looking, the background and text should look the same as the the other site. The only possible hard part is that it needs to have some kind of purchasing. we sell paid memberships, it doesnt have to be a cart if that is more difficult, as users will only be purchasing one membership. we have our own merchant account that we will be using so you have to be able to make it compatible with that. i would also like that created into a database with the customers name, address, etc... if you can do something thats uploadable to quickbooks that would be great, but that is not entirely necessary. however if you do include that in your price let me know in a PM, not in your bid----make sure its in your pm.

please note that we do not use escrow due to too many fake bidders, etc...

also, we already have a logo that we would like you to use.
