Need a Paypal coupon plugin that is completely CMS controlled so that I can use it on any paypal based ecommerce web site without fuss. It must be easy to configure for the average person that does not know anything about programming or coding in general.

The coupons must be:
1. Generated by the admin
2. Any word or phrase can be the coupon
3. The coupon discount amount can be either $$ off or % off
4. The admin will be able to see a list of active coupons available and also can deactivate them.

I don't have a Paypal site at the moment so testing might be a little difficult. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I will want support for bugs for 2 weeks after the project is complete. This will give me time to find/create test environments.

You don't have to be concerned how the coupons are promoted as far as marketing, etc.. Most likely they will be advertised in email newsletters and such. You won't have involvement in that.

The only programmer I will choose is one that has a CMS that I can demo before hand. It must not be a type that is available from the internet, it must be written by you!
