Hello,
I have a ptc website http://www.paid4clix.info
I am not happy with the current website and admin options.
Therefore, i want a new script and design.
The requirements are:

*** General
- Panel: Home, Surf ads, Offers, My account, Advertise, Contact,
- Display Site stats (Total Members, Users online, total paid) etc.
- Upgrades - can be for 3 months/1 year/lifetime, premium/gold
- Casout - AlertPay/PayPal, choose amount, convert to ads/offers/upgrade,
- Offers section
- All payments can be made from site balance, or external (alertpay/paypal)
- My account - stats, account type, payment history, offers status,
- Ad funds to site balance
- Referrals center - purchase users referrals or automatic (click random clicks per day in defined scale), send message to refs,
- Special packages
- Advertiser pannel - buy(30/60 sec click, banner, side banner, offer), status (clicks left), add clicks to ad, pause/resume ad, delete
- Email sent to user after ads approved, expired
- Email verification on sign up
- Jackpot game
- News window at HP
- FAQ, TOS, Private, Payment proofs (users can add)
- Security

*** Admin
- Users - add, edit, suspend, delete, send messages, check for cheaters (ip, pass, email, pmail), give money, give refs, search,
- Control of everything (ads, refs, etc.)
- General settings - payout, alertpay account, paypal account, clicks earning (standard/premium/gold)

*** External stuff
- Live Support (external service - Volusion)
- Forum (existing PHPbb system)
- Support system (existing OSTicket system)
