Description

Working on a project but do not have the time now. Must have experience working with and developing pay per click
websites.

Site was a pay per click site. It contained a lot of links for the visitors to learn about gambling and gambling news. It also had a user act login for pay per click and an admin control panel.

Users could deposit money into their acount for pay per click advertising.
Users could pay for premium advertising on front page via banner ads.

We need a quote for putting this site back up as it was or maybe
redeveloping it in another way. Any suggestions you may have,
please provide. We are open to ideas.

The quote should be via open source technology preference per client and a new script is needed due to old coding currently. Client will need a new script with the existing static pages if possible.

Script must be open source as client is not interested in locked code.
This is a small to medium project and should not take more than 20days
