Description: We need PHPWCMS template and installation made.. must follow the w3c standards.

We provide design in gif files + pdf

The site will be vertically and horisontally centered - it will have left menu with submenu.

A special feature is a picture gallery with thumbs scrolling in bottom and click on thumb will show the pic as big pic.

Thumbs must be square no matter which dimensions pic has, but the big pic must have the dimensions of uploaded pic.
The thumb pic must not get wrong proportions, so system must crop/hide portions of pic.
