Description:	I am developing a Directory Rating web directory using PHPLinkDirectory as my base script. I want the have the script modfied in 2 ways. First: The Theme and Logo for the site need to be created specifically for this site to make it original. I am not looking for anything real flashy, but it has to be able to incorporate functionality. The functionality of my second mod requirement. Second: I want the site to be able to create rating links for each listing that can be placed on any website, but when clicked, bring the visitor to the site so they can rate the directory the link originated from. Also, I want the rating of each directory to determine where each site is listed. Higher ranking sites get higher placement. I also want a featured listings page which lists the top directories from each category. The home page needs to show the latest reviews/ articles and latest directories listed. Plus, I want advertising incorporated for links on the side panels of every page on the site. I want the site to be very similar to: directorycritic.com
