Description: i need a programmer who will do the following jobs:

check my website for all the errors and fix them
setup and install security programs such as SSL
give security advice and manage the security of the website
fix problems on JAVA, PHP coding and so on
add some needed things to the site
the programmer im going to choose must be
Backup and restore website and database
- Available online most of time.
- have very good experience on PHP CRE Loaded sites.
- able to give advice - fix - and secure the site
- looking to be our online support for long period ( we will deal with him for all our needs)

if you are interested please find the website address on the file uploaded, you check it out and send me things that you think it should be fixed, improved and how much it will cost us.
and you will tell us what you will do for the site maintenance every month and what is your charge for that
also we need to know if you agree on a fee per hour for the work done by you for later work and how much is it

2fix: - huge 1st page, huge loading time - too long working area (vertically 4 screens) - AFAIK CREloaded oscommerse don't use java yet :)
