1.Information that members input is not forwarding or working.

2. Under SIGNUP - EXCLUSIVE OFFER - right above email I need 2 rows added - "Cell #", & "Carrier"(cell phone provider will be a drop down menu which I will provide). *when someone submits the info all info should be automatically sent to .*

3. when I click RSVP "contact number" is going to change that to "Cell #" and a row under will be added titled

4. On plan event page "contact number" is going to change that to "Cell #" and a row under will be added titled

5.On home page where it says "LET US PLAN YOUR EVENT" lets change that to "LET US PLAN YOUR BIRTHDAY".

6. On Contact Us page please remove the following:

6. On gallery can you please add a vertical rotating slide show ( I will provide the pictures) on each side as seen on the attached image.
