Hello

I currently have a PHP/MySQL based CMS and website. I estimate that this will amount to about 10 hours work. This is a long-term opportunity - if you do well on this project, there is plenty more future work available. Please see my other projects if you want to bid.

Please show similar examples.

Almost everything is done but I would like some minor improvements:

The main spec is that I need to have the ability to modify ALL text and ALL images on ALL pages. Currently I would say we are 95% of the way there. I just need some minor revisions to achieve this.

1) We have an FCK editor, but we can only use this for new pages. I would like the FCK editor to be integrated with the existing system which allows for specific changes (like uploading images for our portfolio page).

2) We have the same layout for every page, with a 800x175 banner as the centrepiece. I need to be able to change the banner on the new pages. Currently I can only change the banner on the 5 main pages which we have.

3) We have 1-2 hours worth of design revisions.

4) We need the ability to change meta tags, meta keywords and page titles in a very easy way - preferably by CMS.

5) I need all the pages to be SEO-friendly URLs, as HTML instead of PHP urls. I know how to do this, with htaccess etc and there are some really helpful tools on the internet which make this really quick in easy. But I would still prefer if you could do it so I don't mess anything up!

6) At the bottom of each page, we have a standard set of directory links pointing to pages around the site. For each new page which is added, a new link automatically appears there. I need the ability to add different links in this area, should be pretty simple.

I would like to have this project completed by Friday.

7)We also need the portfolio page to be modified slightly. Currently when we upload images, the images are 'squashed' and automatically re-sized. We need this fixed with your solution.

We would prefer for this to be resolved ASAP because it is really urgent.

I am looking to award this project immediately, to the first bidder who can show me that they have the skills and can show me examples.
