I am very familiar with Oscommerce and my bid is to do a complete installation of Oscommerce including the addons you mentioned and installation of the template. Will also test Paypal Pro setup. It would probably be easier to start from scratch than to fix what is currently there. I am available to start right away and I can most likely have it done in 2-3 days tops.
