Description: We have an implementation of OSCommerce up and running that needs the following items implemented:

1. Order minimum of 5 items in the cart
2. Integration of Chase orbital gateway through payment tech
3. Disabling of shipping entirely. (Transactions rendered will be considered "votes", so no download or shipping is necessary)
