Description

Hello,

This project involves working on a website which has mature content. You must be 100% ok with such material.

I need a newsletter system coded and functional to send my existing verified users which reside in a MySQL database emails and newsletters. This must be done in a stand alone interface with a good technical design to make it easy for me to do what I need. Must have a good interface to create, edit and save newsletters and to also assign specific newsletters for future release dates automatically. You must be able to setup it up correctly and make it work with a mail server.

I am looking for someone who is familiar with such systems as I do not have time to explain the common steps and details.

I need this done as fast as possible. Your bid amount, reviews and delivery time frame will all be considered.

Important information I forgot to add:

I must be able to group the users based on certain criteria from the database. For example, users who left comments on site, users who are verified, users who are not verified, users that uploaded multimedia. The specific criteria are easy to extract from the database as everything has pretty extensive information in the database and organized neatly.
