Description

I need someone to install Phoenix Piracy Shield Script on my webhost server. I did the installation as suggested, but it does not allow to login as administrator nor it creates user accounts for new signups.

Attaching installation instructions file. At step 8, it prompts for

Host Name :
User Name :
Password :
Database Name :
Site Url :
Application Heading :

After entering correct information and Host Name as localhost, it refreshes the screen and prompts for information again. I am assuming it worked.

Than I am doing step 09. Login as Admin.

If I enter correct admin login and password it does not display any error message and remains on the same screen but it do not allow to enter into any admin area. But when I enter wrong password it displays error.

Let me know if you can do this and how long will it take to fix it.

If you have fixed this earlier, that would be great otherwise should have PHP knowledge to find the solution.

You can freshly install or continue on the existing installed components. I am expected very low cost to fix this $10 - $20
