Description:	I looking for a fully automatic script that will list hyperlinks on my site under categories. A perfect example of the type of site I am looking for is www.penisbot.com (warning - adult content). I am looking for a script that will allow the admin to post scripts but NOT allow others to suggest or post scripts. I also would like something that manages my banners.
