Description

Hello! We are in the process of creating Youtube website and we need an expert to install BEST encoding script(lowerest bitrate, highest quality among competitors encoders) on the Linux server.

Also we need the best flv player to play the encoded files(like youtube).

YOU SHOULD DONE THIS BEFORE. PLEASE SEND ME a PMB and try to prove that the suggested solution is the best.

The winner will get SSH access to dedicated server, where he will do all installation of the scripts.
