NEED a dedicated server or shared. The server must be overseas (not america or uk). With these requirments (high bandwidth)

* Server must be overseas in a non-western country
(china, india, thailand, pakistan, hong kong, etc.)

* unmetered data transfer (high speed)

* cpanel, whm

* mysql

* linux

* at least 10gb drive

* good pricing, only best pricing will be accepted

I also need the script attached installed. I will also need the domain registered for the server. So whoever wins the project will have the server setup with the script running on it.. Ready to go.

we can host your server on China telecom, with 4 M dedicate bandwidth we don't have cpanel,if you buy cpanel,we can help you install on it we're familar with cpanel/WHM also if virtual host is ok for you(since you may don't need dedicate server) ,then we can provide price as low as 50 USD (still assure your bandwidth)
