THIS SITE IS ALREADY MOVED... I am having problems connection the database

The new server is the same as the old server. I have moved the site already (php), I have also moved the database (mysql) but I am having troubles connection the database. This is a very easy job, it may be some configuration of the new server or the php since the site is already running in another (the same) server. This site contain adult gay related photos be awarded. I need this job done for today. This may take only like 10 min to do.
