Description

I'm willing to pay $100-150 for this work. It needs to be done in no more then 4 days.


1. An “Opportunity” button will be added to the Opportunity page which will go to a page with pictures and description of various apartment properties for sale. When the picture of name is clicked, it will take you to a picture of the first page of a marketing flyer that will have on the left, 2 non-login documents called “Marketing Flyer” and “Confidentiality Agreement”, which when clicked will show each PDF document and allow you to print it. There will then be, below those two listed PDF files, 8 other files names that when clicked will require a login code in order to get into all those PDF documents. Client will need to be able to post new properties, upload the PDF files and manage login ID’s, choosing them and then restricting and un-restricting access. This will perform basically like the following: http://www.hpapts.com/index.cfm?s=1a .

2. A “Market Information” button will be added to the Market Information . This can be done on the same page or another. Basically I want to write a little paragraph and put a link beside it. I just want it to be a line or two and when I add a new one, it scrolls down.

3. The final thing is fixing things on the web site such as picture quality by changing out old pictures with new higher resolution, re-sizing the logo on the “Contact us” page and other clean up type items.
