Currently we are using the stock code with some modifications to the css template I made, I have the stock css template if needed.

on main page we want to be able to show multiple featured products that we specify in the admin
on main index page should show most popular (the products with the most purchase now clicks)
on main index page should show most downloaded (the products with the most free download clicks)
create dynamic horizontal menu with vertical drop downs, edit via admin
on product page rate the product and leave a review(no html), in admin we can approve or disapprove, when submitted pending status
on product page show all approved reviews and ratings
on product page submit coupons with comment(no html) of savings and rate if coupon works yes or no
on procuct page show all approved coupons
on product page submit screenshots, in admin we can approve or disapprove when submitted pending status
on product page show screenshots as thumbnail, when clicked show full size image , also in search results show price
in search results add sort by most popular, rating, category
in search results show product thumbnail
create googlebase feed, xml site feed and category rss feeds
ability to create new categories in the admin
fix layout issues so that everything is based on percentages instead of fixed sizes, we want the page to display properly on 800x600 to 1280x1024 for firefox and IE 7
