The bid price includes the following: 1) Form Processor and Sample Form for email: Included and with help for the upload field of the form. Validation can be done. All this will require some discipline in the design of the form (HTML) with some specific features like hidden fields for validation list, etc. 2. Form Processor that Enters Information into a MYSQL Database: No problem. I can let you play with a test system doing just that upon request. You can see the public front-end of this site here: www.pbsoft.co.uk. All data on picture is uploaded through a form, together with the picture. This data (and the picture) may be changed later with another form. 3. Template System to Display Data from MYSQL Database: This I have done before. The easiest way for the admin (you) is to have a form for designing the form, and store the form design in the database. This offers the greatest adaptability for future design of the display form and avoid any scripting at all once built. Here as well some discipline will have to be exercised in the coding of the display page. I will help with this. 4) users manual (I use Help and Manual to built this). this can be made available online, by a link in the admin page. You can see an example of this on a site I built (for free!) for my canoe club: www.kayak-club-thionville.com . Look in the bottom right corner for "goodies"->"Aide du site". Unfortunately this one is in French, but you'll get the idea. This kind of thing can also be used on the page where the models update their profiles, to provide them with the necessary help. I have used this in sites built for companies like ORANGE. And we can include small videos in the help files, although I will probabaly ask for a supplement for this. I have been a freelance programmer for 13 years and will not stop working any time soon, so you can be sure I will be there in the future to help you. Dear Sir, I wish to be considered for this project. I am an advanced PHP, MySQL developer. My code is robust and well documented. I have written scripts that do just what you are seeking and can tailor them to suit your criteria. It would be better to start off with the models being able to fill in a 'sign-up' form themselves and with approval by you before their profile goes live. They would then get an auto-email with a password so thay could maintain their own information and upload new photos etc. I am fully capable of contructing a search panel for visitors to find models based on the search criteria and I am fully capable of writing code that retrieves and displays lists of models and retrieves and displays the full profile of the chosen model. I have developed Content Management Systems whereby the site-owner has a pasword-protected Control Panel to manage the approval, or deletion of model profiles and other data related to the configuration of the site such as your email address to which alerts are sent etc. Yours sincerely Rodney Collins

For this bid I can create all 3 scripts plus and admin page for adding or delete fields as required. And I can include a login function with user name and passwords for individual users as well as an admin user.

In my view, i can actually see four things. i. There will be a form processor that sends in an email, the details submitted by Intending Models to a predetermined Email Account ii. There will be from processor that insert the details of Intending Models into Database. iii. a Web page that list models and that has placer holders in a drop down list(e.g Age, Sex, Experience)to view models that falls within the group. You will also be able to see details of a model iv. You as the administrator will be able to add New model from your side, lock or display registered models, edit a models profile, delete a models record, view details of a models, change the email Account you want to be receiving registration details from. i will do all these. All i need is a go ahead from you.
