Description

What I need is a completed forum that is centered around MMORPG Games.

1. Site will have an index page, where news and other such things will be posted.
2. Site will need vBulletin forum with a nice skin, maybe even custom
3. Site will also need to be able to have the function of charging users to view certain forums (subscription fee's)
3. You will need to Design the forum as well do all of the coding.
Including logos/banners etc.

Also, Later on I would like to have a raffle system, where people can have like Forum Dollars or Bucks, and with that they can purchase stuff.
