Description: The website in concern is http://www.finalstand.org
The thing is as you can see its a non profit website and I am trying to help them out so rather than being payed I am spending my own money on this, not that I mind but I cannot spend too much . So keeping that in mind keep yours bids as low as possible.
If I like joomla I will start using it for my future commercial projects and obviously that means more job for whoever I select.
I have fantastico so I have alraedy installed joomla. I want hta access programming for security purposes. I also would like it if the person I hire gives me a basic idea on how he/she would convert my template to joomla so as to decide if I should use joomla at all or not.

I want that template to be converted to joomla
I want to install chat/forum/news/poll

I might still modify the template a bit but this is the way it will stay more or less.
