I wish to upgrade Ciaroscuro.com to a full portal status, offering user autonomy across 90% of its sections. This means allowing the public to upload editorial, biographical and photographic data, and to sell goods and services. I need a brilliant developer to migrate the existing site from Joomla to Drupal or any better platform, and to implement the following important changes:

1) Convert whole site to a new platform, with wysiwyg editing capabilities.
2) Implement my new graphic designs, which include new sections, menus and tools for user autonomy - most menus to be hard coded.
3) integrate submission form scripts per specified section.
4) Put in place a simple podcast upload and publishing system.
5) Put in oscommerce facility for user trading, incorporating submission form and PayPal scripts.
6) Some coding needed to make everything look exactly like my graphic designs.
7) Improve the looks and organisation of Forum by incorporating a nicer and easier to use template/script.
8) Site to generate alerts when users submit new data, and allow editor to approve submissions before publishing.
9) System to generate two 'Featured Gallery' photo links
10) Automatic Forum and Newsfeed topics and highlights in right nav.
11) Create specific fields for banner adverts in left, right and top navs.
