Description:	I need a basic PHP/MySQL job board script installed. I don’t mind which one but it needs all of the basics which must include the following things: ADMIN Admin must be notified if an Employer posts a job or chooses a payment plan. Admin must be able to delete or extend job postings. Admin must be able to send newsletters to either Employers or Jobseekers. EMPLOYERS Employers should be able to set an expiry date. Employers should need no intervention from Admin before posting a job. Employers should be able to upload their logo when they register. Employers should be able to have hyperlinks in their ads. The only payment option for Employers must be “Payment on Invoice”, NOT Credit Card. To stop sp@mmers, there needs to be Character Verification when posting a job. JOBSEEKERS Jobseekers need to be able to register for email alerts when a vacancy arises that matches their criteria. There must be an RSS feed of the latest vacancies available. Jobseekers should be able to upload their Resumes/CVs. If you can use open source coding for this, so much the better! Thanks
