Description:	I will not be able to work with the designer directly; however I will be available everyday for communication through email at least once a day. Most of what I want is stated below. Designer must have exceptional artistic skills; most preferrably in Japanese anime-style. I need to see samples of your work beforehand as well. I am also looking for high web design ingenuity to make the whole package self-manageable for me on the backend and convenient for visitors from the frontend. I want a final product that shows a lot of effort and thought. I am not particularly concerned with delivery date as I don't want this project rushed - As long as as it isn't rediculous and your work reflects the time. - Create a homepage based on the overall theme of http://www.doubutsunomori-movie.jp/ and http://blog.doubutsunomori-movie.jp/staff/ since my website is based upon it. Also note that graphics cannot be taken directly from either of these sites as they are copyrighted. I am looking for someone with actual artistic talent who can create unique graphics. *Homepage is not to be the index page, rather /home.*** - I have my own index page which I will add myself. - Use my vBulletin skin's header and navigation in all web pages. - Integrate blog into said frontpage with a similar theme and functionality as http://blog.doubutsunomori-movie.jp/staff/, also graphically integrating it with the outstanding homepage I expect - (I believe that the blogging software used on that page is Nucleus). Additionally, I want the individual blog message windows to be graphically customized to the double-oval shape shown on http://www.doubutsunomori-movie.jp/chara/index.html. - Create graphical links for users to submit stories and art on the frontpage (and take users to registration page unless the user is logged in). - Integrate a search function on the homepage to be able to search through the Coppermine gallery and the story management system independantly, and also another function for the entire site. - Install and configure a story management system with eFiction's (efiction.org) functionality, or eFiction itself, also graphically matching it with the homepage's theme. - Install and configure an Oekaki system similar or preferrably identical to http://w6.oekakies.com/p/sample1/p.cgi, also graphically matching it with the homepage's theme. Need both a Japanese and an English Oekaki page, but both must be able to be managed through an English interface. - Must seamlessly integrate users from said story management system, said Oekaki, Coppermine and vBulletin (or as much as possible as I already understand that certain vBulletin usergroups are not applicable in Coppermine). *A Coppermine-vBulletin bridge script was already installed by me, but it needs serious modification or a complete rewriting. - Integrate a login fuction to the homepage to log in users in all areas of the site at once (Coppermine, story management system, Oekaki, vBulletin). - Provide a textfile list of graphics used with a short, easily understandeable description for each. - I expect all graphics integrated so that they are easy for me to modify later - ie. changing a graphics file affects the site globally. - I wish for the site to be search engine optimised (SEO) for Animal Crossing and おいでよ どうぶつの森 - Finally, I need intelligent and experienced descisions to include other convenient or necessary functionality which wasn't explicitly stated, as I'm sure I haven't covered everything.
