Description:	We need our forums upgraded from IPB 2.15 to the latest IPB version, install mods and to reskin our current custom-made forum template so it can be used on the new board. Good IPB coding skill and experience is a must! Install IPB upgrades in our server's new temporary folder and mirror all posts, modules and members database, etc all working and intact. This includes reinstalling almost a dozen mods currently used on the forum, all custom avatars, adsense code, color scheme for member groups and other features found at the original board, completely mirrored. Particularly, our Member's Reputation System mod needs to be upgraded to work with the new IPB board with all members reputations points and comments received properly imported. Install over a dozen new/replacement mods to the forum. (free to download from invionize dot com) 1. MinervaSEO (IPBSEO) 2. Reapply/reskin our custom forum template as the original look so it can be used properly without error on the new upgraded IPB board. Fix minor template color schemes that has not been applied on the original custom template to the new board. Fix any display coding that may not show up properly. In short, make sure the custom skin works on the new board. When the new upgraded board mirror is ready to use and has been reskinned, please temporarily close down the old forum, resync database with latest posts/members/etc and move/overwrite the main forum with the new upgrade. Check all upgrades and make sure the forum and all it's features works properly as intended. Please PM me link to IPB boards you've worked with.
