Description

I need somebody who is familiar with web applications, PHP, and MySQL to install two open source applications on my server and get them working. I have tried without success to install these programs myself.

Program #1: ActiveCollab
Open source project management software

Bulk email marketing program.

I use www.bluehost.com to host my blog and other applications.
