Description: I have a website and I need a programmer that knows how to install template. The template is a graphic that you need to install and make it fit into my website. I also have a different CSS file to be installed with the new template too. The template is as attachment and the URL of the website where it needs to be installed is on the "VIEW PROJECT CLARIFICATION BOARD." You must be able to use the "SLIDE" tool in order to slide some part of the template. I have the blank version which will be a lot easier to work with, but the template that I attached in here it's only to give you an idea and how the website should looks like.
