Description: we need to have a skin for vbulletin which we already purchased installed on our forums
easy step by step instructions are available, with that said we prefer service provider to have had experience working with vbulletin software as it should be a 20minute job as long as you know where everything goes

The person you will hire, will install the default theme. But what about the customization? I became interested in this deal, coz, I love vb forums.
