Description: Existing website, We need to install a Appointment Calendar System for 3 locations, must match existing website.

Existing website:

Currently in Cold Fusion, must be changed to php. only INCLUDES is majority of website. One small user area that has same username and pass for access.

Considering installation of this script, although a different one is ok too:

Any other comparable script to offer same features as the one above.

User must be able to make appointment on line for any of the 3 locations (or more if they add any).

The calendar system must match existing website template and design. Buttons and any other links must match as well.

Admin would have typical features as:

Home
Appointment List
Customer List
Add New Customer
Schedule An Appointment
Settings
Logout

This project will emcompass:

- Conversion of cf to php site, and MySQL u/p area set up.
- Installation of Appointment/Calendar script
- Customization of Appointment / Calendar script to match site
- Ability for script to manage 3 separate locations
- Testing and support for 120 days
- Availbility to customize the Appointment / Calendar script for any specific functions: (email customer within 24 hours to remind of appointment/ Back up and export of customer list to CSV for easy management/ other needs to be determined)

This is a flat fee engagement with deadlines. We would understand any additional fees for support or additional customization where requirements are not yet determined.
