Description:	Hello everyone. I have an Adobe illustrator layout which I need to be converted to Joomla 1.5 site. The end product is a working joomla site with all required function installed and tested. The attached screenshot reviews the project requirements quite well also. The admin can be English but public site Finnish. Extensions: - Search function - Latest news - Hover drop-down menu (updateable from admin panel) - Discussion forum (phpBB3 preferred or similar) - Picture gallery (zoom media gallery or similar) - Standard banner functionalities Project requirements: - Joomla version 1.5 - Only frontpage is accessible to all.
