Description: I need to hire someone competent who can work within deadline to get a few things done with Invision Power Board. The main forum design is already done and all needed to be done is a conversion with very minor design work into a working IPB template.

1. Convert a forum design (.UFO, photoimpact files) into a working IPB 2.1 skin + a dozen mods installations. This includes moving current forum database, members whatever needed done etc from IPB 1.3 into a new IPB 2.1 forum

2. Convert a blog design (.UFO, photoimpact files) into a working IPB Blog skin.

3. Convert an existing IPB 1.3 into a latest working IPB 2.1.

Budget for all the above: not more than US$150

Terms:
All must be done within 3 (three) weeks or penalized/canceled/refunded.
