Description: I have this unsubscribe.php that removes data from subscribe.csv to dump it in unsubscribers.csv

The subscribers.csv list gets so heavy that the unsubscribe.php loads heavily. How can we solve this? Must we send all data to mysql so heavy loading is no more needed?
Let me know how you can help me correct this and how long you need. Script was done in 30 minutes by previous GAF coder but now he's ill.
