Description

Hi,

I have a need to create a site with the same basic mechanics as getafreelancer but instead of tech freelancers (buyers & providers) it is for a different industry.

The service buyer of the work will need to upload wav and text files to their account and be able to download text from the winning bidder ...once they select a service provider,a pw is sent to the winning provider to download the wav and text... the winning provider will need to upload text for the service buyer to download

...also, the site will have a tab for classified ads, so users can post their items for sale etc...

Please be rated, have done similar work and have an outline to share of the work you will perform with your bid.
