The website also provide payment interface using paypal or other payment gateway, like getafreelancer. If there is different language selection eg. chinese for the website is even preference (not a must). Please provide demo and admin demo. And bidder must be true familiar with php and can provide further support after installation for customization if needed. My budget is within $100.
