Description: !!!!SERIOUS DEVELOPERS ONLY!!!!!
This will be our last attempt to hire a freelancer. Previously, two sites were not completed and our company was left with only apologies by the freelance programmers.
The job is complexed but not difficult, hence it won't require script writing from scratch.
1. Clear Communication REQUIERED - only through emails.
2. Complete clarification of the project will be given by email.
3. Most of the work will be done with html, javascript, php and several databases(which are provided by server or on scripts already).
4. It will be a work of composition of several PHP scripts - we would provide - to make them work together in one website.
5. the scripts will include: phpProbid, osCommerce, PhpAuction, LiveSupport/chat, and several others already written but would need to be installed and coordinated to have the look and feel of the website.
6. It will have 3 membership sections (available through another script) plus 2 admin sections (one general and one limited).
7. It will require data entry through web forms; wich will require related dropdown lists.(this portion may have to be created)
8. We would provide a dreamweaver website template with comments where all needs to go and how it should look.
9. A deadline will be required with possible bonus for quality and on-time delivery as well as costly consequences for delays on delivery.
