Hi, I can offer a solution to you for this. My first choice is to post all into a mysql database, and for spreadsheet a simple solution is to save the data also into a text file with a standard delimiter, like "," between fields, so the excel will know to import it. I would suggest using a db so you have a backup of all transactions along with teh fact that you can export the data using any format or sorting from the control panels most service providers give you.
