Description: Need Oscommerce Expert who also understand PHP & Mysql to fix a download link error in my website setup by oscommerce script.

I tested by doing payment with paypal and when return to member account, the download link is provided. But when I click the download link, the link is not working. Error is shown as below:

Error 403
You don't have permission to access /pub/.ocbjmnivwgkvddpjchk/500breadrecipes.zip on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My permission for folder download and pub is 777.
I setup same scripts in another hosting works ok but in this new hosting not ok. Normally after click download link, pub will generate a temporary folder for the product that purchased by member to put into this folder to transfer. But in this hosting, this file not transferred to pub, hence, when click cannot get the file so shows the 403 forbidden doc error.

My other settings in configure has no problem.

This is urgent, hope any one can help to settle.
