The php mailing form does not work. http://www.travel-n-ads.com/custom.php I need the text fields to be - Name (text box) - Email(text box) - Phone (text box) - Image (email image) - Special Instructions (text area) Then, the formbox would email to an email address (please contact me to find out where the form would be sent to) After hitting "submit" the page would need to redirect to: http://www.travel-n-ads.com/custom_pay.html THAT'S ALL! I would need to be emailed instructions and all files in zip. My hosting is Linux based.
